Indiasay operates no house standard. The document your quality function already writes becomes the instrument every manufacturer is measured against. Because alternates are qualified against the same document, moving between them is a commercial decision, not a six-month requalification.

What happens to the document

  1. 01Standard of recordYour written specification is lodged as it stands, revision and all. Indiasay publishes no house standard and never edits yours.
  2. 02Testable requirementsEach clause becomes a requirement carrying a method, a limit, a unit and the class of party competent to verify it. Watch-only clauses are marked as such.
  3. 03Qualified supplyManufacturers are measured against that document. Qualification states the share of blocking requirements met and the date the position expires.
  4. 04EvidenceNo result is recorded without the laboratory or audit firm that signed it. A result Indiasay asserts alone is worth nothing to a procurement team.
  5. 05ContinuityAlternates are qualified against the same document and ranked. Substitution cites a clause of your agreement; requalification time is zero by construction.

What Indiasay does not do

Your document is never edited
A change of specification is a new revision that re-runs the whole pool. No agent can write to a standard or a gate.
Every result names its verifier
Evidence without a named laboratory or audit firm is rejected by the database, not by policy.
Nothing is priced against it
Price follows specification, quantity, packing and Incoterm. No indicative figure appears anywhere.
Alternates share the document
Ladder membership requires the same standard. A cross-standard alternate cannot be inserted — the constraint is structural.
